What’s a Ceilidh?
What’s a ceilidh, you ask? The word ceilidh comes from the Gaelic word for ‘party’. If you’ve been to one, you’ll know why! A ceilidh (pronounced cay-lee) is an inclusive event that everyone can enjoy, regardless of age or dancing ability. It is a time-honoured occasion that Bowreed are proud to continue, and its popularity is well earned.
